S50C steel plate/sheet
S50C steel plate is one mainly high strength medium carbon steels, has these charactersstics: low cold deformation ability and medium machinability, poor weldability without temper brittlement, low hardenability, cracks is often caused during water quenching process, generally use under normallizing and tempering after quenching and quenching on the high-frenquency surface, used for manufacturing of the machanical parts with high abrasice resistance which can be used unde the condition of low dynamic load and impact effect. JIS G4051 S50C is equivalent to DIN 1C50 and AISI 1050.
Applications of S50C steel plate/sheet:S50C steel plate widely used in Forged Gear,Pull rod, grinding roll,Engine Crankshaft,Machine tools shaft,Secondary Spring washer,Damping Spring
