ASTM A516 Grade 70 steel is excellent at low temperature and have good results on standard Charpy V Notch toughness tests. A516 70 is according to the ASTM standard A516/A516M.

From 5mm (in 2055, 2500 and 3000mm by 12m) all the way up to massive 300mm plates (also available as S355 NL) we can satisfy the most demanding requirements of engineering customers building heavy reactors and massive columns.
As with our structural steel stock we are able to support customers requiring immediate delivery of several hundred tonnes of A516 70 as well as customers who require single 500kg plates.
