20Mn2 alloy structural steel: It is generally used as a part with small section, equivalent to 20Cr steel, and can be used as carburizing pinion, small shaft, steel sleeve, piston pin, diesel engine sleeve, valve top rod, etc.; it can also be used as tempering steel, such as cold heading bolt or structural parts with large section.

30Mn2 alloy structural steel: After tempering, it is used as fastener with small section, gearbox gear, shaft, cold heading bolt, carburizing parts with high requirements for the strength of the center, etc.

35Mn2 alloy structural steel: It is used as connecting rod, spindle, crankshaft, control rod, screw, cold heading bolt, etc. When making small section structural parts, it can be used with 40Cr steel.

40Mn2 alloy structural steel: It is used as the adjusting and tempering parts under heavy load, such as shaft, screw, worm, piston rod, control rod, connecting rod, bearing bolt, etc. Important parts with small section with diameter ≤ 40 mm can replace 40Cr steel.

45Mn2 alloy structural steel: It is used to make parts working under high stress and wear conditions, which is equivalent to 40Cr steel when used as parts with diameter ≤ 60mm; in the manufacture of tractor and general machinery, it is used for cardan joint shaft, axle, connecting rod cover, friction disc, worm, gear, gear shaft, trolley and steam locomotive axle, heavy load frame, cold pull bolt, nut, etc.

50Mn2 alloy structural steel: It is used as large parts which work under the condition of high stress and strong wear, such as universal joint shaft, gear, crankshaft connecting rod, various small shafts, etc.; the spindle, large gear, automobile uploaded spline shaft and spindle bearing large impact load, and can also be used as leaf spring and flat spring.
