S420G2+QT offshore welded structural steel plate

Through low-carbon alloy steel composition design and TMCP process design, the company successfully developed 80 mm S420G2+M-Z35 extra-thick steel plates for offshore structures. S420G2+QT offshore welded structural steel plate implements the standard EN10225.

After testing, the performance indicators of the S420G2+QT steel plate meet the BSEN10225 standard, the average value of the low temperature impact energy at -40℃ at 1/2 the thickness of the steel plate is greater than 200 J, the average value of the reduction of area in the thickness direction is greater than 50%, and the flaw detection meets the requirements of EN10160 standard S2E3. It has excellent welding performance.
